page 8, correct the paragraph on page 9.
2. On page 10, read XI. CONTRACTIONS. Correct the sentences
on the bottom of page 10 and on the top of page 11.
3. Read text pages 227-228 "Make Negatives Positive."
Read XII NEGATIVE LANGUAGE on page 11 of the handout and
complete the exercise on page 12.Complete the exercise
beginning at the bottom of page 14 and continuing on
page 15. Review all the items that we have covered
in this handout. Your test is one week from today.
4. Be prepared to ask questions regarding any items
covered on this handout.
5. The class notes on verbs and the formation of the
tenses on the handout will be on the test.
